This week, we paid a visit to the start-up Biopythos in Limoges

This start-up came up with the idea of drawing on the ancestral craftsmanship of Limoges porcelain to offer winemakers porcelain eggs (225L) and amphorae (500L). Their expertise allows them to measure the permeability rate of their vessels. It seems particularly interesting to run trials on our white wines, especially using the eggs, in order to achieve the purest possible wines within this very low-permeability porcelain. The verdict will come in spring 2020 during the tasting of our 2019 white.
