We are continuing our research in Galet on Bordeaux's forgotten grape varieties, which we will soon be replanting at the estate

Here, the Prueras grape variety.
Our goal is to replant and vinify at Cazebonne all the grape varieties that shaped the history of Bordeaux. Beyond the major grape varieties that have endured (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon), Bordeaux counted up to 48 varieties in the 19th century. Lost flavours, and opportunities to tackle climate change too. We are far too curious and passionate not to explore this path.
