We have sown our fallow plots at Le Maine
We sowed heritage wheat varieties, the wheat we harvested last year. With this wheat, we will produce straw, which will help store carbon, essential for restoring humus.
No vine planting on this plot next year. We will wait until 2021 to let the soil rest.
