We have transferred our forgotten grape varieties cuvée into barrels after 6 months of ageing in amphorae
Time in wood will do it good, making it more approachable.
The cuvée is a blend of Mancin, Castets, Bouchalès, Saint-Macaire and Jurançon noir.
It displays lovely tension and expressive fruit. Really very pleased with this first harvest. Very promising indeed!
