When we unearth the horn manure preparations (500) in spring, we take the opportunity to prepare the horn silica (501)
We bury them and will unearth them at the end of summer.
Preparation 500 serves as a catalyst to activate soil life, while 501 enables us to structure the plant, to provide a signal to enhance ripening and the balance of the future grapes.
