Winemaker portrait
On Friday, we visited Stéphanie Roussel of Domaine Lassolle in the nearby Marmandais.
We went to taste her 2018 juices. Stéphanie has a unique, inimitable touch, a talent for making her juices fresh and delightfully drinkable while preserving complex aromatics.
We are set to launch a collaboration and craft cuvées together at Cazebonne in 2019. The exchanges already promise to be fascinating.
