Thank you very much, it is a real pleasure! ‘Its white is super interesting, 70% Sémillon, 30% overripe Sauvignon, delivering fine balance, freshness and a lovely touch of bitterness. The whole profile is original yet wonderfully drinkable, and will age well for 5–10 years. The red is a wine to share with friends, packed with generous fruit, approachable, straightforward just the way we like it—it calls for pâté on crusty country bread.’
