Yesterday, Francis took advantage of a root day to transplant onions in the Jardin des vignes

The garlic he planted during the winter is thriving and growing very quickly with the temperatures of the last few days. The Jardin des vignes is a market gardening project in our organic vineyards at Château Cazebonne. It is a return to the tradition of joualles, which was widespread in our region until the 1950s. This project was initiated by Francis Dussart, one of the contributors to the Gazette des Jardins Bio.
