A density of 1090 for the juice we brought in yesterday, not bad at all

That equates to 12.5% ABV on a Sémillon-Sauvignon blend from the Bouché parcel. A surprise when we pressed, however. Very little juice. Only 18 hectolitres for 3,000 kilos of grapes. There won't be much quantity this year, that's confirmed. We already knew it because of last year's hail, and on top of that, there is very little juice. Well, the main thing is that it tastes good. And right now, harvest conditions are ideal.
