A vine affected by esca
The vine is doomed. Each year, we lose 1 to 2% of our vines to grapevine trunk diseases. This requires a significant replanting effort every year to keep the vineyard in good condition.
Our living soil practices seem to have a positive impact on esca, but we still need a little more perspective to draw definitive conclusions on this.
