At lunchtime, we retasted the bottle of our 2017 parcellaire, opened on 20 October during the Les Belles goulées wine fair
Well, it is still tasting rather good. Ripe fruit on the nose (pear, peach), richness on the palate, fine length on pleasant bitterness. The reductive notes have disappeared.
Roll on spring to savour this cuvée. Promising.
