Dandelion flowers bloom at the foot of this old vine
Dandelion flowers are essential to the creation of biodynamic preparation 506. To do this, the flowers must be gathered just after opening, before pollination. These flowers will then be dried with great care.
Preparations 502 to 507 are used in biodynamics to make biodynamic compost. They are also used for the Maria Thun preparation, which we regularly apply to our soils.
