On our top-grafted plot, we must now prevent any risk of breakage
Under the weight, the risk is that the graft might detach from the vine stock. We therefore tie the shoots either to the wire or to the vine stock, in order to prevent any breakage in a gust of wind.
This graft is now saved; we simply need to let it grow and we will have the pruning wood for next year.
