Our research into Bordeaux’s forgotten grape varieties continues
Micro-vinification is currently underway for the Prueras grape variety.
We firmly believe that the rich ampelographic history of the Gironde offers solutions for the future. Yet we still need to plant these varieties, study them, harvest them and vinify them to see what they can bring to the table.
We have already replanted 30 grape varieties. 28 will come into production this year for the first time.
Just as many harvests and vinifications to better prepare for the future.
Hard work pays off. Our Comme en 1900 cuvée was featured this weekend in M Le Monde magazine.
