Our single-vineyard wine La croupe de Cazebonne, which we presented at the Bordeaux pirate tasting

This wine is still ageing in barrel. It is a cuvée crafted from Sémillon grown on our magnificent knoll on the Cazebonne plot, blended with 30% Sauvignon Gris from our Médecine plot. The grapes underwent 12 days of amphora maceration—destemmed berries and whole bunches for the Sauvignon Gris. Fermentation was then completed in barrel after pressing the juice. A white wine of great complexity that cannot be classified as an orange wine due to the duration of the maceration.
