Replanting this grape variety is a real challenge for us
It is Penouille.
We are allowed neither to sell its grapes, nor to commercialise its wine.
A forbidden grape variety simply because it is not authorised. It was once planted here, but did not have a very good reputation. But how was it vinified? We are going to try to craft something interesting from it and get this variety re-authorised in France. Many years of work ahead, but that does not frighten us!
