Tasting of two cuvées made from forgotten grape varieties, vinified by David Barrault of Chateau Tire Pé

La Nomade is structured with aromas of red fruit and pepper, crafted from the Pineau d’Aunis grape variety, a curiosity in Bordeaux.
L’Echappée is made from a blend of Mancin and Castets. Two grape varieties that complement each other wonderfully: Mancin brings freshness and finesse, while Castets brings strength, with notes of ripe fruit, toast, and almost cocoa.
