We are making the most of the holidays to taste some lovely bottles made from grape varieties once found in Bordeaux

These two cuvées come under the IGP du Tarn appellation. The red is made from Braucol, the local name for Fer, which was once grown in Bordeaux under the name of Hère, among others. It is delicious, generous and utterly charming.
The white is crafted from Mauzac and Loin de l’œil, two Gaillac grape varieties that were also historically planted in Bordeaux. A lovely cuvée as well. We can't wait to vinify these grape varieties on our Graves terroir.
