We continue with the presentation of our cuvées

Here, a bottle from our single-parcel range. Upon tasting, it was obvious that this batch of Merlot had to be isolated. The vines are around thirty years old and are situated on a Graves ridge resting directly on Asteria limestone bedrock, found at a depth of one to three metres. In some places, driving in trellising posts is difficult because the rock is so close to the surface. This wine was aged for 5 months in terracotta amphorae, which helped polish the tannins. A wine focused on balance and fruit, with a nose that is already explosive.
