When we conduct our blending tasting for our 2025 red vintage, we taste no fewer than 30 lots: barrels, amphorae, traditional grape varieties, forgotten grape varieties...

This is how we define the blend for our Grand vin rouge, our Comme en 1900, our Dame noire.
We also consider more unusual cuvées that seemed essential for this vintage: a blend of Castets and Bouchales, a Petit verdot cuvée (magnificent).
We deliberated for a long time whether to isolate our Mancin this year, but it quickly became clear that we could not do without it, as it forms the backbone of Comme en 1900.
A very lovely vintage at the estate, with full-bodied, fleshy reds, devoid of harshness.
We are eager to introduce them to you.
We still have some availability for en primeur sales of this vintage.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like us to reserve a few bottles at a preferential price.
Bottling will take place in December, with delivery in autumn 2027 after several months of rest in our cellars.
