Yesterday at dawn, we planted our flagship plot on our Peyron terroirs

One hectare of rootstocks onto which we will top-graft in 2024 or 2025 the 57 historical grape varieties of Bordeaux. This plot will allow us to monitor how these grape varieties respond to climate change. In the future, this will enable us to choose suitable grape varieties to try and still produce a little wine in 2050.
We have our work cut out for us, but it is well worth the effort!
By buying (and drinking) a bottle of Cazebonne, you are supporting our project and helping us work towards the preservation of this grape variety biodiversity.
