Yesterday, we carried out our fifth treatment of the year using the same doses as last week, namely 300g of copper and 5 kilos of sulphur (plus a dynamised herbal tea)
This brings us to a total of 1.3 kilos since the start of the year, compared to the 3 kilos authorised by Demeter (biodynamics) and 4 kilos averaged over 7 years in organic viticulture.
