Yesterday we introduced our first cuvée of forgotten grape varieties crafted from Jurançon noir
Here is the Comme en 1900 cuvée, aged for 18 months in barrel and amphora, made from 5 historic grape varieties: Mancin, Castets, Bouchalès, Saint-Macaire and Jurançon noir.
Delighted. And it is truly delicious!
