David went back to re-taste the 2018 vintage of Liber Pater
Well, he came away truly blown away. It has incredible length, wonderfully silky tannins. And this wine still has two years of ageing in amphora ahead of it.
Whatever the controversies surrounding the price of Liber Pater wines, one can only acknowledge the work accomplished by Loïc Pasquet to reach such a level of quality.
