Our cuvée Comme en 1900 is crafted from 5 grape varieties that were in our vineyards in the 19th century and have now disappeared: Mancin, Castets, Saint-Macaire, Jurançon noir and Bouchalès...

This cuvée was aged for 12 months in amphorae, followed by 6 months in barrels to tame it!
A wine distinguished by its intense, expressive fruit, as well as its lovely tension. These grape varieties reveal wonderful surprises and offer real solutions, particularly for bringing more freshness back to our Bordeaux wines.
