Historically, the estate was established on soils shaped by alluvial deposits from the Garonne, offering natural drainage and a unique composition ideal for growing vines. It is here, on the croupe of Cazebonne, that nature has provided the perfect setting for our vines to flourish.

We will explain our viticultural practices in detail: meticulous soil management, the importance of cover crops for microbial life and biodiversity, and the precise application of biodynamic preparations. It is also a privileged opportunity to discover our pioneering project of replanting forgotten Bordeaux grape varieties, with a walk through the vineyards to explore these varieties.

Discovering the winery and vinification

The tour continues with an exploration of our winery, the heart of the transformation of grapes into wine. We will open its doors to show you the equipment we use: traditional press, vats, oak barrels, and even amphorae, true vessels dedicated to expressing the unique character of our wines. We will explain the different stages in detail, from grape reception to delicate bottling, with every step guided by our quest for excellence and individuality.
