A winegrower in Saint-Pierre-de-Mons (Graves), Jean-Baptiste Duquesne took over Château Cazebonne in 2018 and converted it to organic and biodynamic farming. He has replanted some forty forgotten Bordeaux grape varieties and documents daily work in the vineyard and cellar, as well as how the estate adapts to climate change.
